The present invention relates to a toy designer (100) system for a computer capable of inputting and outputting emotional and physical symptoms by adding a toy platform as a service to be provided with a toy for children and used in a protector conversation type smart toy hardware module via a smart device and a software service. The toy designer system provides a function to edit and arrange multimedia data and emotional data, a simulator to confirm the edited data, and a simulator to control various sensor modules. A smart toy is formed by directly recognizing information for the total combinations to forward the information to a toy platform system, by converting the information into an XML context type of a simple data structure type to enable children and adults to easily understand the information, and by using a tangible user interface to be used in the forwarding and operating of data and to directly and easily watch the change of a value.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
