The present invention provides a computer-readable transcriptional regulatory relationships unraveled by sentence-based text-mining (TRRUST) for predicting regulatory interaction between human transcriptional factors (TFs) and target genes. The TRRUST of the present invention contains the largest number of regulatory relationship information for the largest number of transcriptional factors, considering the amount of information proved by theses. In particular, 60% of the entire information additionally provides information on whether transcriptional factors activate or repress the expression of target genes. The TRRUST additionally provides users with information on protein interaction between transcriptional factors, functional interaction relationships between target genes, transcriptional factors cooperatively interacting, diseases related to query genes, signal transmission paths and a bioprocess via websites, as well as simple regulatory relationships between transcriptional factors and target genes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
