The present invention relates to a hospital information system-interlinked patient evaluation chart prediction system for a nursing home and a method thereof, wherein the prediction system can precisely and rapidly write a patient evaluation chart by automatically writing a patient evaluation chart capable of calculating per diem payment suitable for the nursing home based on a medical history written by a doctor, a nurse or the like. The hospital information system-interlinked patient evaluation chart prediction system for a nursing home according to the present invention comprises: a medical record storage module for storing medical record according to a medical activity of a medical institution for a patient; a medical record interlinking module for deducting a relationship between a medical record and a patient evaluation chart in order to allow the patient evaluation chart to be written, by loading the medical record stored in the medical record storage module; a patient evaluation chart creation day production module for creating a patient evaluation chart by using the relationship between a medical record and a patient evaluation chart deducted by the medical record interlinking module; a patient classification rating prediction module for predicting a classification rating by creation day produced by the patient evaluation chart creation day production module; and a patient evaluation chart generation module for automatically generating a patient evaluation chart based on the medical record stored in the medical record storage module by selecting the highest classification rating among classification ratings of a patient by creation day predicted by the patient classification rating prediction module.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
