According to the present invention, a waterproofing and water repellent natural rope has enhanced durability by making an eco-friendly waterproofing liquid and a water repellent liquid get adsorbed and coat a natural yarn obtained from phloem, vein, or fruit of a plant. More particularly, a natural yarn is cleaned and dried, and the dried natural yarn is settled in a waterproofing liquid, thereby having a waterproofing liquid layer formed. The natural yarn with the waterproofing liquid layer is dried, and is woven to form a waterproofing and water repellent rope. When used in an aquafarm, the prepared rope does not sink by making various natural yarns adsorb a waterproofing liquid. When used as a guiding rope in a mountain trail, the prepared rope is not degraded, or does not have a reduced strength by preventing absorption of moisture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
