The present invention relates to a hydrogen fuel cell technology prediction system using patent information and network analysis and a prediction method thereof. The system comprises: a patent citation information extracting unit configured to extract citation information from patents collected in connection with a hydrogen fuel cell; a network information generating unit; a network index operating unit configured to operate a network index based on network information; a technical suitability index operating unit configured to operate a technical suitability index of a corresponding technology based on the network information; and a technology growth possibility predicting unit configured to predict a technology growth possibility of the corresponding technology through the technical suitability index.
