The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing functional wellbeing carbonated alcoholic beverages containing functional gas nano bubbles, and a method and a system for ordering, supplying and paying for the same. According to the present invention, functional gas, such as oxygen or hydrogen that is hardly water-soluble, exists as both nano bubbles and gas at the same time in a carbonated drink such as beer, so the carbonated drink is more easily swallowed than existing carbonated drink and functionality thereof is improved. Further, the present invention is devised such that a certain amount of functional gas, such as oxygen or hydrogen, stays in an alcoholic drink for a long time, and the amount taken into a human body is also increased. Thus, provided are advantageous effects of mitigating overhang, and supplementing oxygen to the human body, wherein the oxygen can become insufficient in the human body after drinking.
