The present invention relates to a sustained-release biological control agent for controlling a plant disease that has an excellent effect of controlling a plant disease. A traditional liquid fertilizer is sprayed directly on turf or cultivated plants and most of components with a disease-controlling effect act temporarily on plants or soil to obtain no more than about a half to a third the disease-controlling effect when the traditional liquid fertilizer is used. A half to two thirds of the components with a disease-controlling effect are damaged, so a solution to the problem was needed. A function has been required to induce the disease-controlling effect of microorganism-fermented liquid to be released slowly while being maintained for a long time. The present invention provides a sustained-release biological agent for controlling a plant disease, wherein microelements formed of the leachate of carriers while the components of the carriers are being decomposed slowly function as fertilizing components and the fertilizing components of the microorganism-fermented liquid can act together on cultivated plants. The sustained-release biological control agent for controlling a plant disease according to the present invention is realized by impregnating microorganism-fermented liquid, which has been fermented to reach a pH range of 3.0 to 4.0 by using the spawn of natural plants, into a carrier material selected from diatomite, rice bran, wheat bran and clay minerals.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
