The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of Lonicera japonica marinated blue crab with soy sauce, and to Lonicera japonica marinated blue crab with soy sauce manufactured by the method, which comprises the steps of: (a) preparing first soy sauce by storing Lonicera japonica, Sardinella zunasi, ginger, garlic, crab claws, radish, kelp, onion, Chungyang red pepper, and red pepper seed powder in a net, adding soy sauce to the same, boiling, and filtering the net; (b) preparing second soy sauce by adding soy sauce to the filtered net in step (a), boiling, and filtering the net; (c) manufacturing mixed sauce by boiling after adding Korean distilled liquor and starch syrup to a mixture mixed with the first soy sauce prepared in step (a) and second soy sauce prepared in step (b); and (d) pouring the marinated blue crab with soy sauce mixed by adding pineapple enzyme, sweetened plum, and distilled liquor to the mixed sauce manufactured in step (c), and aging the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
