The present invention relates to a firewood kiln which can easily control a firing temperature, be easily loaded with objects, has excellent endurance, and can improve a convenience of use; and a method of manufacturing the same. The firewood kiln comprises: a bongtong which includes a firewood insertion hole on a front, and heats the firewood kiln by burning the entire firewood; a plurality of burning compartments installed by gradually increasing a floor in multi steps by being connected to a rear of the bongtong, including a fire-hole to observe a fire road, and a compartment door to arrange and load the objects on one side wall; an empty compartment installed by being connected to a rear of the burning compartments, and installed in a floor higher than the last burning compartment located on a rearmost stage of the burning compartments, and includes the fire-hole to observe the fire road on one side wall; and a chimney installed in a rear of the empty compartment, discharging a combustion gas.
