METHOD TO ENHANCE THE VIEWING ANGLE IN THE INTEGRAL IMAGING DISPLAY SYSTEM USING A MASK PANEL

The present invention relates to a method for enhancing a viewing angle in an integral imaging display system with a mask panel and, more particularly, to a method for enhancing a viewing angle in an integral imaging display system with a mask panel in which regions of respective element images are acquired after being magnified by a factor of n in an image acquisition device during acquisition of the element images in an image acquisition step and the element images acquired through the magnification are displayed in by display device when the images are displayed as three-dimensional images on a space through the display device and a lens array so that the three-dimensional image is displayed with the viewing angle magnified by a factor of n compared to an existing system. According to the method for enhancing a viewing angle in an integral imaging display system with a mask panel of the present invention, a resolution can be improved in a depth-first integral imaging display system for display of a three-dimensional image with a clear resolution, and the viewing angle is improved so that inconvenience attributable to a narrow viewing angle can be dealt with.
