Provided is a health care system including: a smart cup with a main body of a double structure including an outer wall part of a transparent or semitransparent material and a beverage receiving part stored inside the outer wall part and an illumination part for emitting at least one color of light to the outer wall part from the bottom of the main body; and a smartphone to which an application is wirelessly connected by being installed therein for receiving drinking pattern data of beverage intake from the smart cup and controlling the color of the illumination part.
