When manufacturing the Rhamen structure united by combining a vertical wall body of the Rhamen structure, a precast girder, and a concrete bottom plate slab in order to prevent a negative moment in a corner, the present invention: manufactures a precast girder having the secondary additional steel wire anchorage device protruding toward the girder and having the plastic hinge temporary support in the lower end of the girder; mounts the precast girder on the vertical wall of the Rhamen structure; and maintains the state of the plastic hinge temporary hinge at the end part of the precast girder on the upper part of the vertical wall before depositing and curing the slab concrete of a bottom plate.
