The present invention relates to an additive for a belt with self heating ability and functionality using graphene and a nano inorganic substance; and to a manufacturing method of the belt using the same, and more specifically, to an additive for a belt with self heating ability and functionality using graphene and a nano inorganic substance; and to a manufacturing method of the belt using the same, wherein heating elements attached to the belt receive heat energy emitted from the body heat of a user without using external energy, thereby increasing heat by a mechanism consisting of radiation, synergism, and heating. Accordingly, the multiple functions of the belt have various effects on the body of the user. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of the belt using the additive forms a heating member (13) by using 20-98 parts by weight of at least one selected from nonferrous metals consisting of tourmaline, bentonite, pozzolan, mica, loess, zeolite, magnesium oxide, white clay, calcium, and silica; 0.1-30 parts by weight of at least one selected among A-type TiO sol, Ag sol, and ZnO formed in a particle size of 5-20 nm; 0.1-10 parts by weight of graphene formed in a particle size of 0.20-0.25 nm; and 0.05-8 parts by weight of at least one functional metal colloid with a size of 1-10 nm selected among Ag, Au, Zn, Pt, and Y. At least one metal is selected from the nonferrous metals, and 20-98 parts by weight of the selected metal are measured and pulverized in a particle size of 500-1,500 mesh.
