The present invention relates to an interest point k-nearest query result operating system in a moving range in a road network and an operating method thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: querying and requesting a predetermined number of interest point information; operating an interest point information query resu transmitting the operated interest point information query result to a terminal; providing a valid number of object information to a user through an interface of the terminal; and maintaining an object information value provided to the user through the interface of the terminal before a current location of the terminal enters a boundary of a road segment in correspondence with a query location.
