The present invention relates to a lotus lantern hanger and to a lotus lantern including the same. The purpose of the present invention is to maintain the state of the main body of the lotus lantern being hung stably and maintain the orientation of a name tag toward Buddha by preventing the sideway shake and rotation of the lotus lantern hanger. The lotus lantern according to the present invention comprises: a main body (10) of the lotus lantern including a hanger hole (12), which penetrates an upper part vertically and has an opening part formed therearound; and a lotus lantern hanger (20) connected to the hanger hole of the main body of the lotus lantern to be able to be separated and hanging the main body of the lotus lantern by being hung on a lotus lantern wire. The lotus lantern hanger consists of: a bar-shaped hanger body (21); a horizontal part (22) formed on the upper end part of the hanger body with a section larger than the hanger body; a pair of hanger parts (23, 24) formed downward to have a space opened to a bottom part while extending upward from end parts at both sides of the horizontal part in a lengthwise direction, and hung on the lotus lantern wire; and first and second fixating rings (25, 26) formed in the shape of a ring on the lower end of the hanger body and at a position upward separated by a certain distance from the lower end respectively and fixating the lotus lantern at different heights by being selectively hung on the hanger hole of the main body of the lotus lantern.
