Provided are a severe accident survivability testing apparatus of a nuclear plant device by injecting a high temperature and high pressure fluid and a severe accident survivability testing method of the nuclear plant device using the same. The severe accident survivability testing apparatus comprises: a first chamber which can heat or pressurize a fluid contained therein to simulate a nuclear plant accident and includes a discharge portion for discharging the fluid; a second chamber which includes an inlet portion which can be connected to or disconnected from the discharge portion by a movement of the first chamber, wherein a test piece for measuring an effect by the fluid, which is introduced to the inlet portion, is arranged in the second chamber; and an accident simulating unit which is arranged outside the first chamber and can pressurize one side of the first chamber to simulate an accident of the nuclear plant device, such that the discharge portion is connected to the inlet portion. Since the accident simulating unit pressurizes one side of the first chamber to move the first chamber, the high temperature and high pressure fluid can be introduced into the second chamber in a short period of time. Therefore, a severe accident can be simulated more accurately and precisely.
