The present invention relates to a thermoplastic polyurethane blend composition comprising 1 to 2 parts by weight of stearic acid relative to 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin comprising 75 to 92% by weight of a thermoplastic urethane elastomer and 8 to 25% by weight of a natural rubber. The thermoplastic polyurethane blend composition according to the present invention has a hardness suitable for shoe outsole, and is improved in abrasion resistance, wet slip resistance and rebound resilience without crosslinking process, and is useful as a material for shoe outsole.
