Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for analyzing a sentence based on a semantic role labeling (SRL) using a 2-step analyzing procedure, capable of more exactly analyzing a Korean sentence. The method for analyzing the sentence based on the SRL using the 2-step analyzing procedure includes the steps of: determining a semantic role for a first argument included in a first argument group among a plurality of arguments included in an analysis target sentence, based on a standard mapping-based SRL; and determining a semantic role for a second argument contained in a second argument group among the arguments, based on an autonomous learning-based SRL The first argument group includes the first argument allowing the determination of the semantic role based on the standard mapping-based SRL among the arguments, and the second argument group includes the second argument, which is the remaining argument, which does not allow the determination of the semantic role using the standard mapping-based SRL among the arguments.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
