The present invention relates to a method for designing and managing an artificial wetland for treatment of non-point source pollution to treat the non-point source pollution in a reservoir, provided to construct a water purification model in the artificial wetland by simulating water purification using water purification plants and the structure of the artificial wetland. Provided is the method for designing and managing an artificial wetland for treatment of non-point source pollution to treat the non-point source pollution in a reservoir which comprises: a first step of constructing and managing a wetland so as to stimulate combination of water purification plants; a second step of utilizing CFD so as to simulate the structure of the artificial wetland; and a third step of constructing and managing the artificial wetland using conditions for water purification obtained from the first and the second steps, and therefore reduces pollutants in the reservoir using the conditions obtained by simulating a biological water purification capacity and the structure of the artificial wetland so as to improve the water quality of the reservoir, thereby being able to reduce waste of budget, provide a model having a water purification capacity, purify water, and enables growth of water purification plants and thus having effects of water purification and additional profit-making, preventing sporadic vegetation of the water purification plants using a vegetation mat and a buoying means and facilitating the smooth vegetation and growth of the water purification plants when the water purification plants grow.
