The present invention relates to compounds [4- (2-amino-10-methyl-4-oxo-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-4a, 7-cycloiminopyrimido [4,5- b] [1,4 ] Diazepin-5 (4H) -yl) benzoyl] -glutamic acid, abbreviated as JK12A, and the compound has the structure as shown in Formula I. The present invention also relates to the crystal form and the salt of the compound JK12A, its preparation method and use. The compound JK12A of the present invention is used for the preparation of a drug or food additive used as a drug active ingredient. In formula (I)
