The present invention relates to a method for primary culturing of tumor cells and construction of a xenotransplantation animal model identical to that of cancer patients prepared using the same. The method of culturing and transplanting a tumor cell without directly transplanting the cancer tissue of the present invention enables the proliferation and maintenance of a small amount of cells into a large amount of cells and has an advantage that the tumor cells can be cultured at any time. In addition, the xenotransplantation animal model of the present invention can be usefully used for screening anticancer agents, and it is possible to select patient-customized anticancer agents in a short time, and thus can be useful for developing new therapies.
