FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laser treatment of primary open-angle operated glaucoma. Effect on pigment cells and pseudexfolation of eye trabecular reticulum (TR) is carried out by nanosecond Nd-YAG laser emission of wave with length 532 nm, upon spot diameter 400 mcm, power 0.7-1.2 mJ. Laser pulses are applied on TR in a segment including operation zone along circle arc 60-70°, with arc middle in the area of operation, first in one, and then at the same arc in reverse direction, wherein the total number of pulses in both directions is equal to 70-80.EFFECT: method allows to stabilise intraocular pressure in different time frames after operation due to maximum evacuation of pigment cells and pseudo-exfoliation from the surface of TR, improving the intraocular fluid outflow, reducing tissue injuries by reducing the volume of laser intervention.1 cl, 3 ex
