FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: after hydroseparation of tissues in area of inferior nasal concha its medial luxation is conducted. Separated is lateral wall of nasal cavity. U-shaped flap of 1.5x1.0 cm is formed using bit and moved backwards or upwards. Through obtained window maxillary sinus is inspected with help of endoscope. Pathological material is removed by means of micro tools. Sinus cavity is washed. Incision area is stitched up.
