FIELD: electricity.;SUBSTANCE: suggested aerodynamic power plant (ADPP) comprise at least one wind tunnel 1 (WT), which upper part is connected to fan 3 and lower part is connected to the atmosphere, and high-speed aerodynamic aggregates (HSADA) placed along the length of WT 1, each HSADA includes high-speed aerodynamic engine (ADE) and generator coupled to its shaft. Each HSADA includes also accelerating engine coupled to ADE shaft. WT 1 has rectangular cross-section. Each ADE includes rotor with swinging blades 16 mounted at two flywheels 15, at that the blades are placed across WT 1 along the shaft. The method of electric energy generation and distribution by means of this ADPP consists in acceleration of air flow in WT 1 due to air injection at input to WT 1 and air discharge to the atmosphere, impact of air flow to HSADA blades 16 mounted in series in WT 1 and conversion of HSADA rotors rotation into electric energy via generators. By means of accelerating engines the blades 16 of the respective ADE are accelerated up to the rate exceeding rate of the flow incoming to the blades of each ADE. ADE suggested for usage at ADPP includes rotor with swinging blades 16 mounted on it. The rotor includes two flywheels 15 mounted at the shaft, and each ADE blade is made of two half blades, each of them is mounted with straight dovetails in needle bearings of the flywheels 15 so that they can swing in regard to chord of blade 16. The half blades are toothed with each other via one tooth made at one half blade and two teeth made at the other half blade.;EFFECT: group of inventions allows increase in rotation rate of the blades and simultaneous increase in speed of air flow passing over the blades due to usage of accelerating engines in each HSADA.;8 cl, 7 dwg
