Collective portable warning device includes control device, generator of acoustic signals for monitoring and notification, amplifier, loudspeaker, analysing device, transceiver, microphone, analysing device, as well as optical emitter. Peripheral radio communication unit includes monitoring and notification signal generator and transmitter.
