Bone is separated and skin flap is lifted, crossing first vascular bundle and both finger nerve proper finger vessels at boundary of flap. Crossing surface arterial arc at sections on sides of finger arteries, extending to stump, while maintaining arc at section between said arteries. Flap is moved in recipient region and fixed.
