FIELD: pharmaceutics.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, particularly to production of sum of saponins from Manchurian Aralia roots (Aralia mandshúrica Rupr. et Maxim, Araliaceae-Araliaceae family). Method for producing total saponins from Manchurian Aralia roots, in which ground roots of Aralia three times extracted by aqueous-alcoholic mixtures with concentration of ethyl alcohol 40-70 %, evaporated to aqueous residue, acidified with 10 % solution of hydrochloric acid solution is filtered through a layer of polyamide, washed with purified water to neutral reaction, target substance is eluted with 95 % ethanol, the obtained alcohol eluate then evaporated to volume equal to half of the raw material weight, mixed with acetone and 25 % ammonia solution is added in droplets with intense mixing to pH = 7-8; Aralia saponins precipitate is filtered, washed with acetone and chloroform.;EFFECT: described above method enables to isolate sum of saponins with increased content of target substances in ready product, reduce number of producing steps and technological process duration.;1 cl, 2 dwg, 2 ex
