FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for determination of amount of synthetic food colorant carmoisine (azorubine, E 122) in juices. For this purpose, the amount of carmoisine in juices is determined by the method of microcolonium high-performance liquid chromatography with multichannel UV spectrophotometric detection. Sample is chromatographed in acetonitrile gradient in water solution of 0.05 M LiClO4 from 0 to 100 %.
