The system includes a microcomputer (PC) that manages the multichannel functional electrical stimulation (SEF) composed of electrical neuromuscular stimulation modules combined with corresponding electromyogram measurement modules. Each module is connected by means of a service station controlled by the microcomputer to a pair of surface electrodes positioned on a given muscle. Using the same pair of electrodes remained at the same position on the muscle, the measurement of the electromyogram of the same muscle is performed by an electromyogram measuring module connected to the service station. The electromyogram measuring modules are managed by the microcomputer that records said electromyograms.
