Installation for testing and investigation into the hydrogen embrittlement and for the stress crack corrosion, which an elastic element (ee) with an electrolyte full inner space and has a,the measuring cell comprises a pressure cell (md) is,a shaft of a sample (p) coaxially in the interior space of the elastic element (ee) is locatable,wherein, on an inner surface of the elastic element (ee) of a corrosion-resistant dielectric (d) is applied,wherein, on the dielectric (d) an electrode (e) is mounted,the pressure cell (md) on an outer lateral surface of the elastic element (ee) is glued,wherein, on an upper end face of the elastic element (ee) of a load on the nut (bm) is arranged, and on a lower end face of the elastic element (ee) a fixing nut (fm) is arranged, and the elastic element (ee) by means of the load on the nut (bm) and the fastening nut (fm) or of the screw head (sk) is compressible.The elastic element (ee) fulfills three functions: block convincing organ, tension sensor and containers for electrolyte – which is the most important characteristic; in all known similar plants, these functions are fulfilled with different components.The main advantages of the proposed system in comparison to the known similar plants are the following:– the elastic element (ee) is not pulled, but is pressed together; this permits the application of high tensile forces (for example, a few tens of tons) to the test pieces, which correspond to their operation;– the test pieces to be tested do not require any machining, it is possible, the test pieces with actual and large dimensions on the actual, is not damaged working surface use;– continuous monitoring of the radical clamping force during the test piece;– the plant is several times in the production of smaller and lighter than the known similar plants.
