PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fee information processor which creates information for notifying an ETC card holder who cannot read information from an ETC card in an outlet free flow of a toll road, and is applied with an upper limit fee of that effect.;SOLUTION: A fee information processor comprises a center receiving part, a specification part and a notification information creation part. The center receiving part receives inlet use detail data which is created when a vehicle passes an inlet tollgate device which is arranged at an inlet tollgate of a toll road, and outlet use detail data which is created when the vehicle passes an outlet free-flow device which is arranged at an outlet free flow. The specification part specifies fee adjustment information in which the outlet use detail data corresponding to the inlet use detail data does not exist.
