PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing ostrich yellow egg antibody-containing candy.;SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing ostrich yellow egg antibody-containing candy characterized in including steps of: adding a dissolved antibody in which 1 part of ostrich yellow egg antibody is dissolved into 1 part to 100 parts of water or edible oil/fat, to a candy dough in a state in which the candy dough subjected to primary heating is allowed to cool to 60 to 110°C; and kneading while cooling until the dissolved antibody is uniformly dispersed throughout the whole candy dough and followed by forming into a desired shape.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
