PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device capable of suppressing a transmission delay or a communication band shortage in the case of distributing a video of a site terminal to a support terminal.;SOLUTION: A management device manages a system for transmitting a video from a site terminal to a plurality of support terminals. The management device comprises: an acquisition part; a selection part; a determination part; and a registration part. The acquisition part is configured to acquire path information between each support terminal and the site terminal. The selection part is configured to, on the basis of the path information of each support terminal, select a node of a distribution destination candidate to be commonly used on the path between each support terminal and the site terminal. The determination part is configured to, when the node of the distribution destination candidate is selected for each support terminal, determine whether or not a transmission time from each support terminal to the node of the distribution destination candidate is within a predetermined threshold.
