PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder agitation device capable of producing a sintering raw material having proper particle size distribution and strength by producing many large pseudo-particles when producing the sintering raw material by pelletizing a powdery raw material with a pelletizing device agitating and granulating powders by a powder treatment mixer.;SOLUTION: Powders stored in a container are agitated by an agitation device 5. The agitation device 5 includes: a drive mechanism 51; a rotary shaft 52 disposed at the drive mechanism 51; and a plurality of agitation blades 53a-53d disposed on the rotary shaft 52 along an axial direction.
