PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea sterilization method by a method having excellent usability.;SOLUTION: A tea sterilization method includes: filling powdered green tea M or powdery tea into a packaging bag 1 having fine pores 1b through an opening 1a of the packaging bag 1; sealing the opening 1a after the filling; irradiating the tea with microwaves from the outside after the sealing to heat-sterilize the powdered green tea M or powdery tea; and releasing water vapor in the packaging bag 1 through the pores 1b, wherein the size of the pores 1b is smaller than that of the powdered green tea M or powdery tea.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
