PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber precursor polymer achieving both of flame resistance capable of reducing time to make flame resistance and high fiber forming property for exhibiting high productivity, a manufacturing method of a carbon fiber precursor fiber and a carbon fiber using the same.;SOLUTION: There is provided a polymer solution for carbon fiber precursor by mixing a solution of amine modified polyacrylonitrile and a solution of polyacrylonitrile at a specific range of mixed ratio. there are provided a manufacturing method of a carbon fiber precursor fiber by conducting spinning of the polymer solution for carbon fiber precursor with a wet or dry and wet method and a manufacturing method of a carbon fiber by burning the carbon fiber precursor fiber.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
