PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To answer the question whether a neutrino is really massive because it is slower than the light speed and has oscillation; answer the question whether an electromagnetic entity in the negative universe is a massive electromagnetic entity such as a neutrino, by investigating the background radiation; answer the questions how are velocity and oscillation of electromagnetic entities if the number of electromagnetic entities in one flux is large, and what is concluded from that answer; answer the question whether a quark and an electron neutrino are massive; and answer the question why a neutrino travels straight.;SOLUTION: An electromagnetic entity is an electric photon plus a magnetic photon. The magnetic photon rotates perpendicularly to the direction of travel of the electric photon, thereby causing resistance and making oscillation. If the electromagnetic entity in the negative universe is massive, the mass is the mass of the background radiation. When the number of electromagnetic entities in one flux is multiplied by the factor a, the energy of the electric photon and the magnetic photon is multiplied by the factor a, the velocity and oscillation clearly appear and it is determined that the mass is nonzero. A quark and an electron neutrino are each an electromagnetic flux, and the mass is zero.
