PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively and precisely perform a fatigue damage evaluation of a structure by arithmetic processing based on acceleration information.;SOLUTION: A controller (20) comprises: an input processing part (21) for acquiring acceleration information which is output from a three-axis acceleration sensor; an acceleration change amount calculation part (22) for generating time series data of the acceleration vector from the acceleration information, and generating time series data of the acceleration change amount related to a primary natural vibration from the time series data of the acceleration vector; a stress calculation part (23) for generating time series data of a stress change amount from time series data of the acceleration change amount; a histogram calculation part (24) for generating an occurrence frequency histogram of a stress amplitude from the time series data of the stress change amount; and a fatigue degree calculation part for calculating an accumulated fatigue degree, from the occurrence frequency histogram of the stress amplitude.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
