PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a client to easily obtain an estimation of a component processing cost without worrying about a leakage of confidential information.SOLUTION: A component processing cost estimation server comprises: estimation input data receiving means 28 which receives estimation input data; determination means 30 which determines whether or not the estimation input data meets a predetermined estimation condition; estimation reference cost storage means 13 which preliminarily determines an estimation reference cost according to first prediction data in the estimation input data through past experience and stores the estimated reference cost in association with the first prediction data in the estimation input data; estimation coefficient storage means 14 which preliminarily determines a coefficient according to second prediction data in the estimation input data through the past experience and stores the coefficient in association with the second prediction data in the estimation input data; estimation cost calculation means 31 which calculates an estimation cost by multiplying the estimation reference cost by the coefficient; and estimation number allocation means 32 which allocates an estimation number to the estimation cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
