PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a similarity level retrieval device, similarity level retrieval method and similarity level retrieval program that can retrieve a past layout pattern high in similarity level, focusing on a characteristic appointed by users.;SOLUTION: A similarity level retrieval device 10 has: a generation unit 41; and a calculation unit 42. The generation unit 41 is configured to generate a node label for each node included in a layout pattern. The node label is generated by coupling attribute information in which a bit row of a prescribed length having each characteristic of the node expressed is coupled without overlapping, to adjacent information in which a bit row generated based on each characteristic of the attribute information on the node adjacent to the node is coupled without overlapping without overlapping.
