PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker grill which can be easily attached and detached without using an adhesive or screwing and without impairing appearance and can also be easily created in simple configuration without increasing the number of components, and a speaker for facility.;SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a speaker grill which is attached to a speaker unit comprising a speaker insides. The speaker grill comprises: a cover part which covers a front face of the speaker unit; and an intermediate member which is fixed at a back side of the cover part and includes projections or recesses in such a manner that the projections or the recesses are fitted at positions opposing a plurality of recesses or projections that are provided on a surface of the speaker unit where the speaker grill is disposed.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
