PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a difference in polarization states between measurement light and reference light caused by a temperature change between an optical fiber for guiding the measurement light and an optical fiber for guiding the reference light.SOLUTION: An optical coherence tomography apparatus includes: detection means for detecting multiplexed light formed by multiplexing return light from a subject irradiated with measurement light, and reference light corresponding to the measurement light; a first optical fiber disposed at an optical path of the reference light and guiding the reference light; a second optical fiber disposed at an optical path of the measurement light and the return light for guiding the measurement light and return light; first storage means for storing the detection means; and second storage means different from the first storage means, for storing the first optical fiber and second optical fiber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
