PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an act completion determination system which detects the breakage of a sheet material and confirms medication by a patient inexpensively and easily with a simple configuration.;SOLUTION: The act completion determination system comprises a vibration detection sensor, a peak detection unit, and a peak interval determination unit. The vibration detection sensor detects vibration. The peak detection unit detects the peaks of the vibration detected by the vibration detection sensor, from the vibration. The peak interval determination unit determines intervals between the peaks of the vibration detected by the peak detection unit.
