PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate persons passing by the entrance of a shop and customers having entered the shop from each other and detect the attribute of the customers.SOLUTION: The customer attribute extraction device includes: an entrance top flow tracking recorder 34 for detecting the timing when the boundary of entrance to a shop is passed by, from an image taken by an entrance top imaging device; an attribute extraction unit 30 for extracting the predetermined attribute of a person from an image of a customer taken from the front; and an entrance-attribute corresponding unit 38 for making the timing when the boundary is passed by detected by the entrance top flow tracking recorder 34 correspond to the attribute extracted by the attribute extraction unit 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
