PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-pack ordinary temperature-curable resin composition that emits only a little amount of an aldehyde compound and is excellent in recoatability and water resistance of the coating film produced from the composition and to provide a one-pack ordinary temperature-curable coating material composition.SOLUTION: The one-pack ordinary temperature-curable resin composition includes, as a coating film-forming resin, a resin (A) having, as a constituent, an oil and fat component being at least one kind selected from the group consisting of drying oil, semi-drying oil, and a fatty acid thereof and containing 0 to 70 mass% of oleic acid and 20 to 90 mass% of linoleic acid. At least a urethane bond represented by formula (1) as given below is included in the coating film-forming resin and the content of the urethane bond of the formula (1) is 5 to 100 mgKOH/g as represented as mg of potassium hydroxide per g of solids of the coating film-forming resin.
