PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination system, etc. that can easily secure the detection range of a sensor device.SOLUTION: An illumination system 100 includes a sensor device 10 and a light emitting device 20 that is separate from the sensor device 10. The sensor device 10 includes a sensor unit 11 for detecting an object and a first wireless communication unit 12 that wirelessly transmits a detection result of the sensor unit 11. The light emitting device 20 includes a light emitting module 25, a base 21 which is detachably fitted to a socket so that the light emitting module 25 receives power for light emission from the socket, a second wireless communication unit 24 for receiving the detection result wirelessly transmitted by the first wireless communication unit 12, and a controller 23. The controller 23 performs light emission control of the light emitting module 25 based on the detection result received by the second wireless communication unit 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
