PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a condensation/freezing prevention device of a ventilating device that can prevent freezing and condensation of the ventilating device.SOLUTION: A condensation/freezing prevention device 1 of a ventilating device comprises: a case 2 inside which an air supply passage connecting an outdoor air lead-in port 5 and a lead-out port 6 is formed, and provided with an indoor air lead-in port 7 communicating with the air supply passage; a temperature detection part 9 that detects the temperature of air to be led out of the led-out port 6; a first opening/closing part 8 that can open/close the indoor air lead-in port 7; and a control part 10 that controls the opening/closing of the first opening/closing part 8. The lead-out port 6 is connected to an outdoor side suction port 111 of a heat exchange ventilation device 100, and the control part 10 controls the opening/closing of the first opening/closing part 8 on the basis of the detected temperature in the temperature detection part 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
