PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ammonia treatment method in a closed circulation type land-based aquaculture and a closed circulation type land-based aquaculture apparatus in which a harmful oxidant generated when decomposing ammonia contained in aquaculture water by an oxidizing agent such as ozone or a hypochlorous acid can be made harmless by addition of a reducing agent.;SOLUTION: An ammonia treatment method in a closed circulation type land-based aquaculture and a closed circulation type land-based aquaculture apparatus are characterized in that at least a portion of an oxidant generated when decomposing ammonia in aquaculture water using an oxidizing agent is made harmless by addition of a reducing agent.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
