PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryness measurement device and a method for evaluating measurement errors of the dryness measurement device which can easily and accurately determine whether the dryness measurement device is accurately measuring the degree of dryness of wet steam.SOLUTION: The dryness measurement device according to one aspect of the present invention is used for measuring the degree of dryness of wet steam, and includes: a light emission unit 11 emitting a light; a standard sample 50 transmitting the light emitted from the light emission unit 11; a light receiving unit 12 for detecting the intensity of the light passing through the standard sample 50; and a dryness degree calculation unit 101 for calculating the degree of dryness based on the intensity of the light passing through the standard sample 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
