PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power saving target determination device capable of determining an appropriate power saving target according to the situation of a facility.SOLUTION: A power saving target determination device 100 for determining the target value of power saving at a facility during a power saving scheduled period comprises: a storage unit 140 for storing power use data indicating the amount of power use at the facility measured during various periods; a determination unit 150 for determining the power saving target value during the power saving scheduled period on the basis of the amount of power use at the facility in a period having correlation with the power saving scheduled period at a prescribed strength or more regarding a weather condition by referring to the power use data; and an output unit 160 for outputting the target value determined by the determination unit 150.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
